Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions, as may be amended from time to time, apply to all our services directly or indirectly (through agents/ sub-agents/distributors) made available through any mobile device, by email or by telephone. By accessing, browsing and using our website and /or e-mailers or any of our applications through whatever platform (hereafter collectively referred to as the "website") and/or by completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below (including the privacy statement).


These pages, the content and infrastructure of these pages, and the hotel / vehicle reservation service provided through our offices by whatsoever means, (the "service") are owned, operated and provided by ANS Vacations ("ANS Vacations", "us", "we" or "our" and/or to include “ANS Hospitality” wherever applicable) and are provided for your personal or your customer/s subject to the terms and conditions set out below.


1. Scope of our Service

Through the hotel / vehicle confirmation vouchers/ Flight / Train/Bus Confirmations, we (ANS Vacations and/or its affiliates provide the requested Hotel Accommodations / Vehicle Hire Services. Etc. to the intended customers. By making a reservation through ANS Vacations, you enter into a direct (legally binding) contractual relationship with the hotel / vehicle hire service provider at which you book. From the point at which you make the reservation, we act solely as an intermediary between you / your customer and the hotel / vehicle hire provider, transmitting the details of your reservation to the relevant hotel and sending a confirmation email / voucher for and on behalf of the hotel.


When rendering our services, the information that we disclose is based on the information provided to us by the hotels. As such, the hotels are given necessary details and they are fully responsible for updating all rates, availability and other information which is provided through us. Although we will use reasonable skill and care in performing our services we will not verify if, and cannot guarantee that, all information is accurate, complete or correct, nor can we be held responsible for any errors (including manifest and typographical errors), any interruptions (whether due to any (temporary and/or partial) breakdown, repair, upgrade or maintenance at the concerned hotels / vehicle provided; inaccurate, misleading or untrue information or non-delivery of information. Each hotel remains responsible at all times for the accuracy, completeness and correctness of the (descriptive) information (including the rates and availability) displayed / provided though our e-mailers or confirmation vouchers. The information provide through our offices does not constitute and should not be regarded as a recommendation or endorsement of the quality, service level or rating of any hotel made available.


2. Prices and Best Price Guarantee

The prices quoted by our offices are highly competitive. All prices are per room / per day usage of hotel / vehicle reserved for your entire stay / tour and are mentioned in the Hotel Vouchers and / or invoices including Service Tax as applicable and all other taxes (subject to change of such taxes), unless stated differently on the confirmation email / Invoice


3. Privacy

ANS Vacations uses high ethical standards and respects your / your customer’s privacy. Save for disclosures required by law in any relevant jurisdiction and the disclosure of the customer’s name, address and credit card details for completing booking with the relevant hotel / vehicle of your choice, we will not disclose any personal information to third parties without your consent. However, we reserve the right to disclose your client’s personal information to our affiliated (group) companies, including our and our affiliated (group) companies' employees and our trusted agents and representatives who have access to this information with our permission and who need to know or have access to this information to perform our service (including customer services and internal (audit/compliance) investigation) to and for the benefit of the customer.


4. Credit card

Certain Hotels require credit card details in order to guarantee reservation. As such, we will send your customer / your credit card information directly to the hotel at which your customer’s booking is made and if required, we may verify (i.e. pre-authorise) your credit card as well. For certain last moment reservations, rates or special offers, please note that you or your client’s credit card may be pre-authorised or charged (sometimes without any option for refund) upon reservation and confirmation of the booking and /or in the event of no-show. Please check the room details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your or your customer’s reservation.


5. Cancellation

By making a reservation with a hotel, you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and no-show policy of that hotel on behalf of your customers, and to any additional (delivery) terms and conditions of the hotel that may apply to the said reservation or during your customer’s stay, including for services rendered and/or products offered by the hotel (the delivery terms and conditions of a hotel can be obtained with the relevant hotel). The general cancellation and no-show policy of each hotel is made available on the relevant / concerned Hotel’s website. Please note that certain rates or special offers are not eligible for cancellation or change. Please check the room details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making the reservation.


If you wish to review, adjust or cancel the reservation, please revert to our offices for assistance. Please note that you may be charged for you or your customer’s cancellation and /or no-show in accordance with the hotel’s cancellation and no-show policy. We recommend that you read the cancellation and no-show policy of the hotel carefully prior to making reservation. Please further note, all payments must be received by our office prior to the start of the reservation / tour date.


6. Further correspondence

By completing a booking, you agree to receive an email with the confirmation hotel vouchers / vehicle confirmation voucher and Invoice which we may send you once the reservation is confirmed by you or your office, giving you the necessary information on your or your customer’s destination. Any alterations / amendments / cancelations of confirmed reservations will attract a Fee of Rs.2000/- per amendment. You are therefore requested to send in complete travel details as requested for at the time of making the reservations.

Please note that you may be charged for you or your customer’s cancellation and /or no-show in accordance with the hotel’s cancellation and no-show policy. We recommend that you read the cancellation and no-show policy of the hotel carefully prior to making reservation. 7. Disclaimer

Subject to the limitations set out in these terms and conditions and to the extent permitted by law, we shall only be liable for direct damages actually suffered, paid or incurred by you or your customer due to an attributable shortcoming of our obligations in respect to our services, up to an aggregate amount of the aggregate cost of the reservation as set out in the confirmation email / Invoice raised (whether for one event or series of connected events).


However and to the extent permitted by law, neither we nor any of our officers, directors, employees, representatives, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, distributors, affiliate (distribution) partners, licensees, agents or others involved in creating, sponsoring, promoting, or otherwise making available the services shall be liable for (i) any punitive, special, indirect or consequential loss or damages, any loss of production, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of contract, loss of or damage to goodwill or reputation, loss of claim, (ii) any inaccuracy relating to the (descriptive) information (including rates, availability and ratings) of the hotel as made available by our office, (iii) the services rendered or the products offered by the hotel, (iv) any (direct, indirect, consequential or punitive) damages, losses or costs suffered, incurred or paid by you or your customer, pursuant to, arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use or delay on the part of the Hotel / vehicle hire provider, or (v) for any (personal) injury, death, property damage, or other (direct, indirect, special, consequential or punitive) damages, losses or costs suffered, incurred or paid by you or your customer, whether due to (legal) acts, errors, breaches, (gross) negligence, wilful misconduct, omissions, non-performance, misrepresentations, tort or strict liability by or (wholly or partly) attributable to the hotel / vehicle service provider (its employees, directors, officers, agents, representatives or affiliated companies), including any (partial) cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure or any other event beyond our control.


To the extent permitted by law, these terms and conditions and the provision of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian law and any dispute arising out of these general terms and conditions and our services shall exclusively be submitted to the competent courts in Bangalore, India only.


If any provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, unenforceable or non-binding, you and your customer shall remain bound by all other provisions hereof. In such event, such invalid provision shall nonetheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and you and/or your customer will at least agree to accept a similar effect as the invalid, unenforceable or non-binding provision, given the contents and purpose of these terms and conditions.


8. Miscellaneous

All of our services are rendered by ANS Vacations which is a Proprietary company, incorporated under the laws of the India, and having its offices at Bangalore and registered with the concerned authorities within Karnataka including the Service Tax Authority. The affiliates of ANS Vacations do not have any power or authority to render the service, to represent ANS Vacations or to enter into any contract in the name of, for or on behalf of ANS Vacations.

  • HOTEL CHECK OUT TIME AT HAVELOCK IS 0930HRS, IN THE EVENT IF THE GUEST WOULD LIKE TO EXTEND THE ROOM FOR A DAY USAGE IT WILL BE CHARGES EXTRA AND PURELY SUBJECTED TO THE AVAILABILITY OF THE ROOMS.
  • THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF ANY UNUTILIZED SERVICE IN PART OR FULL WHATSOEVER MAY BE THE REASON.

Cancellation Policy
  1. Cancellation Received on or before 30days, a 10% processing fee of the total package cost will be charged and remaining money will be refunded
  2. Cancellation before 10 days including the 10th Day - 50% of Refund.
  3. Cancellation less than 10 days of arrival OR no show - N0 Refund.
  4. No refund for booking made from 15th Dec to 15 Jan of the following year.
  5. In case of packages at Andaman Islands any unexpected bad weather Condition Or due to any unavoidable circumstance if the ferry/Seaplane/ to Havelock or other island gets cancelled, some other alternative accommodation will be provided in Port Blair and additional night accommodation in Havelock/ Port Blair will be additional charged.
  6. All refunds are processed by the method of payment used in the initial transaction, except in the case of cash payments where the refund is processed through cheque or online transfer.
  7. The refund is initiated from our end within 5 working days of receiving the cancellation request.
  8. Please note that it may take 5 - 14 days for the money to reflect in your account, depending on your bank, after the refund is imitated from our end.
  9. Mid-tour Cancellation – Yes you can cancel but the amount would be non-refundable.
